Exercising and Homework/Study,And Food


Hello! Lately i have found myself finding a lot of homework to tackle,tests,and reports...

i have a book report

math test

and a social studies test

plus a daily dose of five worksheets and

i have to read a chapter book so i can do my book report

So finding workout time,has been a little tough lately,but i figure it is only going to get worse!

That's why i figure here's how i can at least get some low-impact exercise by saving my money to buy..................

i think i will get some break days,near the end of the year and this spring break so i will do more higher impact workouts those days.

Breakfest:
Post Selects Great Grain Cereal
Orange Juice or an Orange
Water
Lunch:
Whole Wheat rice
Lettuce with veggies
Yogurt
Dinner:
Fillet of Fish
Cauliflower
Salad
Snack:
cheese and nuts
Treat:
2 Slow Melt Scribbler Pops(60 calories)
