Sad,i gotten slower in running. My mom says it's normal to my low-carb diet. I has a slight cold,and it eventually got to the point were my 5 mintutes into dancing made my chest in pain,and i had to constintly stay hyrdrated. It's past now. Were will i go from here,not sure. Just going to keep up my habits. Also middle school keeps crossing my mind... how the population is double,how much meaner kids can be,and if i really can lose all my weight or at least enough to be dignified by the snarky kids. Not that there opinions bother me,it's just all the teasing and harassment that deos. And most of all,will i keep it off. The weather stinks,just when the weather was nice and gave me a spring in my step,here comes the snow! I love summer weather! I want a running buddy,someone to walk/run with me once the weather clears up again. I now i can't give up now,i have friends already notice my progress,and i need to make more. I'll tell you what my new step is soon.

it's great that you have started running. i tried, but i have a bad knee and didn't find out until i had done too many exercises that put strain on my knees. i know it doesn't help that i'm 43 and have a lot of excess weight.
ReplyDeletewinter can always make you feel blah. i think part of the reason i don't exercise as much as i should right now is cos this weather has got me in a funk. :0/

Yeah,I get more of foot pain. Water aerobics is good choice for joint pain. It is just plain wierd how winter can zap your energy.
