I'm so happy! I've been on a low carb diet,keeping exercise daily,for almost a week and a feel lighter on my feet already! I gotten noticeably much faster in running! (i'm beating people for once and making some struggle to keep up) -that's never happened before! Plus i great on portion control and i'm getting more satisfied with little food. But still as much as improvments i've made in a week-still need to kick it up-i want to start running around my local track when the weather gets a little better-because the weather here right now for the past 2 weeks has been great!
I've been busy!
P.S. -been a week of my low carb diet,and i've loss five pounds!
