a healthier me and i'm so happy about it

dear journal,
i know this will be the best progress year ever. I've got all the tools i need and a lot of motivation.


my tips:

challenge yourself.
every day write down one doable challenge you can do for the day. like not adding salt to meals or walking 30 minutes in good posture.
have goals,but don't be afraid of your goals
want to be in your dream size by the end of the year? well go for it! goals are scary,and you can't always achieve it all. but you can try.
inform yourself.
food and exercise are key. it all about balance. talk to your doctor,and read the facts.
game yourself up and pace.
wouldn't be fun if weight loss was a game? it can be. if you recently messed up and didn't really stay fit or eat right,you can start over. let's say you ate 3 slices of pie and didn't workout. well start with 30 minutes of exercise and 2 slices of pie. add 15 minutes at least every 3 days and one less portion of your craving everyday. by the ninth day,you will not be eating cravings and be working out an hour a day. know that's on track!
reward yourself.
just ran a jog around the park for 15 minutes or did a hike up a trail. go out and do something fun to reward yourself,like girls night out or go watch a movie. but make sure it is healthy.
