You may not realize what your putting on your nails lately. Did you know regular nail polsih can be harmful when the toxic chemicals reach your bloodstream.

Also instead of toxic chemical nail polsih remover use a pumice stone! Remember to rub the pumice slow and gently up and down so it deosn't make marks!
