New year!

happy new year and Christmas(i was busy that day,so sorry about not saying it on that day)

you already now my resolution. here's a q and a

how old are you?
11. i know it's sad I'm overweight.

are you sure your overweight(since you are a preteen and a female and could have a disorder)?
I'm positive,i can prove it,but I'm not sure i will.

what does that mean?
well for privacy,I'm not sure I'll post a picture. if i do I'll cut out my face. maybe after i lost it all and this blog just about my story I'll show a complete picture.

so,how many pounds do you want to lose?
I'm not sure,because of the fact my BMI doesn't apply. the next time i go to my doctor I'll ask.
I'm not about pounds. I'm more about sizes and visible fat. i want to be in a size XL-large. i don't want flabby arms.

did you gain weight because of eating the wrong foods?
no. my mom's big on nutrition. and i like whole grain,water,and spinach. i eat too much fruit,and do not like soda pop or artificial sugary juice. i love eating salad! i don't like hot dogs,and i really don't prefer meat. if i have to eat it i will,but it's not like love love love meat.i don't like steak at all! i rather eat fish,especially shrimp! nor do i like chili or sloppy Joe's. i like every fruit except cantaloupes,and every veggie expect cumbers. i love yogurt!

then how come your overweight?
portions and lack of exercise over the years. i gotten better about both,but there's still room to improve if i want the pounds to get off and stay off.

have you ever lose weight?
yes,i was once from 3x to xl large in 4 months. about that was too intense for my body,and i gained it all back and one size more than i was before!
