A Healthy Life -"How to start?"-the house

"I want to lose weight and eat right and stay fit. I never done this before. HELP!!!"


"Well you need at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. You need correct portions and nutrition.
Think of weight loss success as a house,the roof is success,the stories are the game plan,and the foundation is all the healthy habits needed to be done daily to accomplish your weight loss goals. I love mypyramid.gov,it gives you all the basic information about nutrition,exercise,and more needed to be healthy physically. But seeing your doctor or health care professional is also mandatory. He or she can help the needs of your body and mind."
